The Senior Analytics Consultant is a senior individual contributor who serves as a strategic analytics partner to business leaders. This role transforms complex pharmacy, sales, and operational data into actionable insights that inform decisions, improve performance, and drive business outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a consultative analytics partner, working directly with business stakeholders to define problems, evaluate opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle, including business intake, discovery, analysis, solution development, communication of insights, and implementation support
- Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies
- Experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
