## About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Technology Leadership professional to join our IT Operations team. You will support the Lead of the Application Operations Center and Enterprise Post Production Validation teams, with a focus on process automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will work with both onshore and offshore resources, ensuring in daily tasks, enhancing application support, and driving improvements in monitoring and validation processes.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles
- 5+ years of technical expertise in Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Splunk and other monitoring tools
- 5+ years of experience in Java and Python
- Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration
- Experience with intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude code, GitHub Copilot)
