## About the role

As a remote Supervisor of Referrals, you will report to a Manager of Referrals. You will serve as a resource for team, monitoring and coordinating team's referral and authorization activities.

## What they're looking for

- Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. Citizenship
- Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
- HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico
- 3 years supervisory/management or Team Lead experience
- 5 years of referral and authorization management experience
- Previous or current TRICARE experience
