## About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Application Engineer to support the deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities in North America. The role involves on-site visits to customer facilities, data collection, lab-based simulations, executing high-quality demos, conducting in-lab and in-field testing and supporting on-site solution integration. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies
- Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance
- Experience managing robotics or automation concept/pilot projects and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers
