## About the role

Huntress seeks an experienced leader to elevate our platform engineering teams and deliver the underlying foundation for purpose-built products that protect the 99%. In this role, you’ll be responsible for teams that develop our product platform, which powers our 5 (soon to be 6 and beyond) industry-leading security products.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership building SaaS products in a modern SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools
- Experience and knowledge of best practices for scalable delivery, core platform systems, site reliability engineering, and developer experience
- Experience developing, evolving, and maintaining high-volume, scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of organizing engineering teams to deliver customer value iteratively
