## About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to own the strategy, execution, and growth of our North American Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting (DE&TH) operations. While you will align with the DE&TH Director on the overarching 18-month vision, you will have autonomy to drive the operational tempo and outcomes for your region. You will provide weekly supervision to focus on scaling the team, managing regional hiring/budgeting, and serving as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering.
