## About the role

You are a revenue accounting leader who brings sharp technical judgment, operational discipline, and a genuine commitment to developing people. You make complex ASC 606 questions clear, help teams move quickly with confidence, and care deeply about whether the revenue engine works in practice, not just on paper. You improve systems and processes without waiting for every detail to be solved first.

## What they're looking for

- You have 5+ years of combined experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred), and revenue accounting roles at public, high-growth, and/or pre-IPO SaaS companies
- You have experience directly managing or leading accounting professionals and building a team culture grounded in accountability, development, and trust
- You bring deep knowledge of ASC 606, order-to-cash accounting, revenue operations, and the control environment supporting billing and revenue generation
- You have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and revenue engines or billing tools such as ARM, Stripe, or Zuora
- You have partnered with IT or Business Platforms teams on billing platform upgrades, system conversions, automated integrations, and process improvements
- You write clear technical accounting memos and have the ability to communicate complex issues to cross-functional partners
