## About the role

We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy and are looking for an experienced product manager to join this growing team. As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024. We are not building yet another SIEM that intends to replicate what every other SIEM already does. We are building a SIEM that focuses on what really matters to our Small Enterprise and SMB partners.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products, bonus for SOAR Products
- Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
- Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
- Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
- Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
