## About the role

The Bitcoin Mining Strategy Associate plays a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth initiatives. This position involves leading complex market analyses, spearheading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, supporting strategic investments and developing strategic partnerships. The principal collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities, perform detailed financial evaluations, and deliver strategic recommendations. ​

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred. ​
- 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field. ​
- Direct experience in Bitcoin, Bitcoin mining, or energy are a encouraged but not a requirement
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.​
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. ​
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.​
