## About the role

The role covers the development, construction, commissioning, and delivery period; at RFS and project closeout, customer and site responsibility transitions to Asset Management.

## What they're looking for

- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, construction management, owner's representation, or customer delivery, including direct experience within data center environments
- Strong working knowledge of EPC and general contractor processes, including design development, RFIs, submittals, procurement, construction sequencing, commissioning, change management, and project closeout
- Able to work in the details with engineering and construction teams while communicating clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience assessing and communicating the cost, schedule, technical, contractual, and operational impacts of proposed project changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage key customer stakeholders and translate between technical and commercial audiences
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple decisions, timelines, approvals, and work-streams across one or more active projects
