We are seeking a Public Affairs, Partner with deep experience in the energy regulatory landscape to shape, influence, and navigate the evolving state and federal policies that impact our business. This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of energy policy, development incentives, and regulatory compliance—ensuring our initiatives are supported by sound public policy, optimized incentives, and strong government relationships.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in government affairs, regulatory strategy, or public policy leadership—preferably in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Demonstrated success engaging with federal and state policymakers, regulators, and economic development entities
- Deep understanding of the U.S. regulatory landscape, including energy markets, utilities, conservation policy, and public incentives
- Strong strategic thinker with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and advocacy skills
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes at the highest levels
- Experience working in or with state utility commissions, federal agencies (e.g., DOE, FERC), and Congress a plus
