## About the role

Being an AI Builder at Hyde is like leading your own Applied AI startup, you’re the CXO, driving vision, strategy, and execution. You'll work in talent-dense teams to build and deploy the training and inference stack that enables enterprises to develop RL-based agents. ## What they're looking for

- Experience working in applied ML, reinforcement learning, evals, product engineering, and/or top-tier management consulting. Ideally, deep model-level understanding and experience deploying AI in creative ways to solve real-world problems
- A strong foundation in ML basics (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition). Preferred backgrounds include but are not limited to Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Machine Learning, Data Science
- Ability to run technical discovery with senior stakeholders, translate ambiguous business problems into scoped AI systems, and communicate model behavior credibly to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in software engineering principles and an understanding of languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript / JavaScript
