## About the role

Hyperbolic is seeking a high-impact, commercially minded in-house legal counsel to help shape the legal and commercial foundation of our AI infrastructure business. This is a highly visible role working directly with our founders and leadership team on some of the company’s most important transactions. You will own the agreements through which Hyperbolic secures GPU capacity, brings strategic partners onto its platform, and serves its customers.

## What they're looking for

- J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including commercial technology transactions and meaningful in-house experience
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise customer MSAs
- Strong understanding of committed capacity, usage-based pricing, SLAs, security obligations, indemnities, liability caps, and termination economics
- Able to compare interconnected supplier and customer agreements, identify mismatched obligations, and develop practical risk mitigations
- Commercial, collaborative, and comfortable making sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
