- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience in React, Node.js, TypeScript environments. You’ve shipped production features across the frontend, backend, and database—and owned what happens after launch
- Fluency with AI-assisted design and development. You use AI tools to prototype, build, and debug faster, with the judgment to evaluate their output and take responsibility for the code you ship
- An instinct for building AI-native products. You see where AI can meaningfully improve a workflow and think through how the experience should handle uncertainty, latency, and mistakes
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. You can turn an open-ended problem into a clear approach, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and carry it through to a working product without needing a detailed spec
- A bias toward shipping and learning. You know how to scope a useful first version, get it into customers’ hands, and improve it based on feedback
- Strong technical foundations , developed through a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent coursework and practical experience
