## About the role

You’ll work directly with the CEO as a force multiplier on the company’s highest-priority problems. The role is intentionally broad. Depending on what matters most, your work may span enterprise GTM, recruiting, operations, partnerships, fundraising, compliance, customer success, strategic initiatives, or entirely new problems that emerge as we grow. We expect you to bring structure to ambiguity, operate with minimal direction, and drive important work to completion.

## What they're looking for

- Extremely high agency: You turn ambiguous goals into action, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive work forward without waiting for instructions
- Exceptionally reliable: You close loops. If you own something, others can depend on you fully and stop needing to think about it
- Fast and intellectually curious: You learn unfamiliar domains quickly, synthesize information well, and move comfortably across technical, commercial, and operational problems
- Technically literate: You’re comfortable with software, systems, data, and tooling, and use AI to amplify your output
- Strong judgment: You know what excellent looks like. Whether it’s a customer email, a hiring process, a deck, an event, or an internal workflow, you can distinguish mediocre from exceptional and push the work to the right standard
- An excellent verbal and written communicator: You communicate clearly, concisely, and credibly with executives, engineers, candidates, customers, and partners
