## About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the initial training and support for the customer team, including physicians, nurses, radiographers, MRI Technologists, and other relevant personnel in the use of Hyperfine’s Swoop Portable MRI System. This role will assist in optimizing customer experience by acting as a true consultant with regards to integrating the Swoop System within a customer’s workflow and procedures. ## What they're looking for

- Associate’s degree in Radiology Sciences or related field
- Registered Technologist with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and current credentialing in MR (Magnetic Resonance) or equivalent
- 3 + years’ experience in clinical MR imaging or similar experience such as 3+ years X-ray + 2 years in MRI in a hospital setting
- 2+ years’ experience operating in clinical applications or clinical training experience
