## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of engineering managers and software development teams
- Proven track record building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations within SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity, or authentication platforms
- Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud-native applications, AWS-based architectures, APIs, SDKs, and modern AI-enabled software delivery practices
- Experience leading end-to-end software development organizations, including architecture, development, quality engineering, test automation, and release management
- Demonstrated success improving software quality, release predictability, engineering productivity, and overall technical health
- Experience establishing engineering governance, quality frameworks, technical standards, and scalable software development practices across multiple teams
