Build and optimize the facilities operations program, including work order/ticketing systems, preventive maintenance schedules, vendor management, and space planning as headcount grows. Serve as Ibotta’s primary point of contact with building/property management, negotiating and managing service levels, repairs, and lease-related operational matters in partnership with the legal team. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace operations, including experience managing a comparable-sized office (500+ employees / 75,000+ square feet)
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered
- Proven track record building facilities programs and processes from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones
- Experience managing relationships with building/property management, landlords, and external vendors
- Experience designing or managing corporate physical security programs (badge access, visitor management, emergency response)
- Comfortable partnering directly with Legal on contracts, compliance, and risk
