## About the role

iCapital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President to join the Corporate Development and Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in driving iCapital’s long-term growth across the wealth and alternatives ecosystem by leading the evaluation, planning, and execution of both organic and inorganic strategic initiatives.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in corporate development or strategy, investing (PE and VC), investment banking, or in a similar strategic role
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment, financial technology or financial services background is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and supporting M&A transactions, partnerships, and strategic negotiations
- Strong interest in alternative investments, wealth management, and building an industry-defining company
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset
