## About the role

iCapital is seeking a motivated Payroll professional to join the growing Corporate Finance team. This role will assist the Global Payroll Team in managing the company’s current in-house and outsourced payrolls, provide payroll insight and services to employees and partners, and help execute related processes and payroll data management. This individual will gain experience for a global payroll career that rewards versatility, and strong detail-orientation.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field of study
- Certified Payroll Certification (CPP) designation is strongly preferred
- Dayforce experience is strongly preferred
- Experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role managing multi-state payroll. Global experience a plus
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws
