- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- At least one year of construction field experience, including internship or co-op experience
- Familiarity with construction and carpentry tools and equipment, including power tools

- Proficiency in Procore (preferred)
- Leadership experience in student organizations or extracurriculars
