## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of relevant industry experience and a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background, with demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience building systems that integrate and synthesize data from various sources to surface actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Strong integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations, lead diverse stakeholders, and drive execution
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com
- Deeply curious and thoughtful, experience and/or interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence and beyond, will play a role for data mapping initiatives
