## About the role

The Project Manager will join the Technology organization to help build the operational foundation that enables ICONIQ Studio, the firm's creative, strategic, and operational center for network engagement, to scale. Partnering closely with Studio leadership, this role will establish and optimize the systems, processes, and tools that support project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence across a fast-paced creative organization.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of project management or operations experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building scalable operational systems, including project tracking, intake workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong process design and systems-thinking skills with the ability to improve how teams work and collaborate
- Experience partnering with creative, design, marketing, or event teams to balance structure with flexibility
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve workflows and team productivity
