## About the role

The Family Office Advisory Senior Associate is a critical member of the relationship management team responsible for coordinating complex family office operations and driving the implementation of sophisticated planning strategies for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This role partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to deliver exceptional service and seamless execution across all aspects of family office management.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in family office, wealth management, or other roles supporting high net worth and ultra-high net worth families
- Experience managing complex client relationships while coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning and/or personal tax planning, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external advisors to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape and Salesforce is a plus
