## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of professional software development experience building and operating production web applications. [Less for PHD, Masters]
- 3+ years of experience building developer-facing platforms such as developer portals, API platforms, authentication platforms, cloud platforms, payments platforms, or other self-service developer experiences
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and a commitment to an AI-first engineering culture that leverages these tools to improve software quality, testing, and engineering velocity
