## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years building web applications, with strong frontend depth in React and Next.js
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
- AI-first development: fluent using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of how you build, with the discipline to validate their output
- Proven ability to deliver features end to end, including automated test coverage, observability, monitoring, and documentation
- Experience building in a containerized, cloud-based, infrastructure-as-code ecosystem, exposure to GCP with Docker, Kubernetes, or Nomad
