## About the role

IDEAYA is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end global product planning, procurement, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material availability, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and optimizing inventory. Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills are required to integrate data, automate purchasing, and track lot/batch traceability across global networks.

## What they're looking for

- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business)
- Industry experience: 8+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing. Direct experience in cGMP environments is highly sought after
- ERP and forecasting proficiency: Advanced expertise in tier-1 ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced Excel/data analytics
- Must possess the ability to align business requirements with technical configuration, data integration, and reporting
- Leadership & strategy: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and communicating operational metrics
- Strong understanding of global supply chain best practices, including S&OP, inventory optimization, and supplier management
