## About the role

IDEAYA is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to join the team. The Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications will establish and lead an integrated Investor Relations and Corporate Communications organization during a pivotal stage in IDEAYA's growth towards becoming a commercial stage company.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field, MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in investor relations, corporate communications, equity research, media or related roles within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Significant experience supporting publicly traded biotechnology companies
- Strong understanding of biotechnology drug development, clinical development, regulatory pathways, and capital markets
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with institutional investors, research analysts, media outlets, patient advocacy groups, executive leadership teams, and Boards of Directors
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific and financial information clearly and effectively
