## About the role

The Clinical Applications Analyst partners with Imagen’s clinical and operational teams to support radiologists nationwide by ensuring clinical applications and imaging systems are stable, well-configured, and optimized for efficient, high-quality patient care.

## What they're looking for

- Lead and support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Imagen’s clinical applications and imaging systems to ensure reliable, efficient radiologist workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, supporting system setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and workflow enhancements
- Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction
- Troubleshoot complex clinical application and imaging workflow issues, driving issues through resolution in coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Proactively monitor application health, system stability, and workflow performance to maintain high system availability and minimize operational disruptions
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities related to new workflows, upgrades, integrations, and customer deployments
