## About the role

The way enterprises access data is fundamentally changing. Organizations are racing to put data to work across analytics and AI, while AI copilots and agents are emerging as an entirely new class of data consumer. Traditional approaches built around tickets, static permissions, and manual approvals were not designed for this speed, scale, or complexity.

## What they're looking for

- A foundation in software engineering and experience with at least one programming language
- Interest in learning new software, systems, and technologies, including Go
- Interest in the broader software lifecycle, including building, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience beyond coursework, such as building or deploying an application, an internship, a hackathon, or a side project, is a plus
