## About the role

The way enterprises access data is fundamentally changing. Organizations are racing to put data to work across analytics and AI, while AI copilots and agents are emerging as an entirely new class of data consumer. Traditional approaches built around tickets, static permissions, and manual approvals were not designed for this speed, scale, or complexity.

## What they're looking for

- Frontend Development: Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with Angular, React, or a comparable modern frontend framework
- Backend Engineering: Experience building APIs and services with NestJS, Node.js, or a comparable backend framework
- Data & Systems: Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and a working understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and performance optimization
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes and modern CI/CD practices
- Software Quality: Experience writing automated tests, participating in code reviews, and applying sound software design and maintainability practices
- Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share progress, ask effective questions, incorporate feedback, and work with Product, Design, and Engineering partners
