## About the role

The way enterprises access data is fundamentally changing. Organizations are racing to put data to work across analytics and AI, while AI copilots and agents are emerging as an entirely new class of data consumer. Traditional approaches built around tickets, static permissions, and manual approvals were not designed for this speed, scale, or complexity.

## What they're looking for

- A portfolio that demonstrates your design work, prototypes, research, product thinking, or other relevant projects
- Strong ability in at least one of three areas: visual design, user research, or engineering/front-end development. Experience across two or more is a plus
- You do not need to be equally strong in all three areas. We’re interested in candidates who can demonstrate clear strength in at least one and curiosity about the others
- Curiosity about users, products, and how technology can solve real problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and comfort receiving and applying feedback
