## About the role

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is established within the Product Operations sub-department to resolve these challenges. By serving as the operational connective tissue across squads, the TPM ensures that multi-team technical programs are planned with rigor, executed with agility, and delivered with predictability. This role is essential for accelerating program velocity, resolving structural friction points, and keeping our R&D teams highly aligned with overall business outcomes and customer success.

- Program Execution: Proven track record of successfully guiding complex, multi-team programs with interdependencies from initiation to global launch
