## About the role

We are seeking a Senior or Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in our monthly and quarterly close processes, financial reporting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in financial services or fintech environments, a strong command of loan accounting standards, and a detail-oriented approach to complex accounting matters.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including public accounting
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA licensure (must be on track)
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple close cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, including reporting, saved searches, and general ledger operations
- Direct experience in financial services, fintech, or banking environments
