## About the role

Imubit is looking for a strategic, consultative Solution Manager to join our Delivery team and own the success of our cement customers – the relationships and the long-term health of each account. That means understanding what actually matters to their business, guiding the technical work that delivers it, and building the kind of trust that keeps them with us for years.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in cement or a comparable heavy industrial process environment
- Cement experience and exposure to advanced process control are strongly preferred, adjacent pyroprocessing or minerals-processing backgrounds considered where the customer-facing track record is strong
- Experience working cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
- Comfortable presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 20-25% as required
- Project Leadership: Natural project management instincts — you anticipate risks, keep multiple workstreams organized, and drive execution with urgency and quality
