## About the role

Imubit is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Solution Manager to join our Delivery team. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of industrial domain expertise, project leadership, and enterprise account management. You will serve as the primary face of Imubit to our customers — owning the success, growth, and long-term health of a portfolio of accounts across refining, petrochemical, cement, and mining industries.

## What they're looking for

- BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing-adjacent industries — refining, petrochemical, cement, mining, or similar industrial domains
- Experience working cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
- Comfortable presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 20-25% as required
- Strategic Account Mindset: Ability to zoom out from day-to-day delivery and think about the long-term health, value, and growth trajectory of an account
