## About the role

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Associate Account Manager will support customer expansion efforts across an assigned portfolio of current Incident IQ customers. This role is designed for an early-career sales or customer relationship professional who is ready to develop the skills required to manage customer relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue goals.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Up to two years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
- Interest in developing presentation, discovery, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
