The Medical Director - Clinical Affairs serves as a vital strategic clinical partner bridging Included Health, our strategic clients, and external stakeholders. This role is designed for a visionary physician-leader who can think of new and creative ways—leveraging data and technology—to improve the healthcare experience in a way that promotes better clinical and financial outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience. High-quality clinical baseline across a wide range of medical conditions is highly preferred to support high-stakes case navigation
- Licensure: Active medical license in good standing in state of residence. Must maintain board certification in primary specialty throughout employment
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to twice per month for 1-2 days each (averaged over the year) for client engagements and conferences, occasionally with short notice
