## About the role

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native Clinical and Care Tools in the Care App. Reimagine practitioner workflows using AI for contextual assistance, summarization, intelligent task orchestration, recommendations, documentation, and agent-assisted execution.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product and platform initiatives
- Experience defining and shipping AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians, care teams, expert users, or operational teams
- Ability to partner deeply with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, permissions, security, and cost
- Experience in clinical, care-delivery, healthcare operations, or another high-stakes domain, with comfort navigating privacy, compliance, auditability, and human oversight
- Experience building reusable platform capabilities across multiple products, workflows, or service lines in a startup or scaling environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into strategy and shipped outcomes
