## About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager owns and executes lead generation across Incredible Health's employer business, driving awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline for our three products: Marketplace, plus AI Voice Agents Lyn and Gale.

- 4+ years in B2B demand generation or lead generation, ideally in marketplace tech or a startup
- Proven, hands-on record of building campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Working mastery of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Google
- Proficient in event-driven marketing: webinars, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements
- SEO and GEO fundamentals: able to build a keyword strategy, brief content, and interpret organic performance
