- You have 3+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, strategy, business development, or another highly customer-facing role
- You have a strong scientific foundation. An advanced degree is strongly preferred, but not required
- You understand drug discovery and can engage credibly with scientific stakeholders
- You are skilled at turning ambiguous customer input into a clear problem, a testable hypothesis, and a practical next step
- You are comfortable forming a point of view, testing it quickly, and changing course when the evidence calls for it
- You can communicate complex scientific and technical ideas clearly to audiences ranging from bench scientists to senior executives
