## About the role

In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Hub. You’ll define how the platform evolves across every stage of the patient journey, balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with the operational excellence, safety, and human expertise required in healthcare. You’ll work across engineering, AI, operations, clinical, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes for patients and customers.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in product management, including ownership of a product line or portfolio and a track record of setting strategy, not just executing a roadmap
- Strong systems thinking - comfortable designing workflows where software and human operations are both first-class parts of the product
- Fluency with data: you define the metrics, own the dashboards, and make roadmap calls from evidence
- Proven ability to operate in a regulated, safety-first environment where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable
- Senior cross-functional and executive-facing leadership, including direct work with customers
