## About the role

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Vendor and Resource Manager to optimize our external partnerships and internal talent allocation. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external vendors, while also partnering with Workforce Management, Call Operations and QA/QC leadership to ensure internal resources are efficiently forecasted, allocated, and utilized.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, resource management, workforce planning. Ideally in a Patient Access Hub or similar environment
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and optimizing resource allocation across multiple, concurrent projects
