## About the role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and filing insurance to the resolution of the claim payment. You will also assist patients with billing questions and the collection of patient balances. Many of ACS Clients' accounts require team effort while other accounts may require independent workers to complete all aspects of the billing process. You may be responsible for multiple accounts with functions varying with each account.

## What they're looking for

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in insurance AR and post-claim follow up
- Physician claim billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of insurance industry
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type correspondence
