## About the role

We're looking for our first Strategic Finance hire to build and scale the financial foundation that will enable Infisical's next stage of growth. This is a role that blends strategic finance with operational decision-making, giving you visibility into every part of the business; from sales and hiring to fundraising and long-term planning.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience across investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or startup finance, including experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience owning core finance operations, including month-end close, revenue recognition, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Ability to build financial models independently and communicate insights that influence business decisions
- High ownership with the ability to operate autonomously and build processes in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to think strategically across the business
