## About the role

Inflection is seeking an experienced business development professional to build customer relationships and turn mission needs into spacecraft sales. This role reports directly to the CEO. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Inflection’s HQ in Los Angeles, CA.

## What they're looking for

- Own business development for Inflection’s spacecraft platforms, from identifying opportunities through contract award
- Build relationships with customers and partners, translate mission needs into actionable requirements and proposals
- Lead proposals and coordinate pricing, schedules, and contract negotiations with the founders and engineering team
- Manage the opportunity pipeline, sales forecasts, and customer follow-through
- Bring customer and market feedback into spacecraft design decisions and manufacturing line development
- Support the transition from signed contracts to program execution and maintain customer relationships through programmatic execution
