## About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full user growth lifecycle for our soon-to-be-launched trading app, from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention. Your mission will be to convert brand awareness into product usage and expand our reach to new audiences. You’ll be part of our Marketing team, working closely with the Product and Business Development teams to craft and execute growth strategies that drive adoption of our new trading app.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 4–5+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a consumer fintech app
- Proven track record of driving measurable user growth and acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience with UGC, influencer, and creator marketing, particularly across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Experience sourcing, managing, briefing, and scaling creator and influencer partnerships
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies for consumer products
