The Lead Client Growth Manager - Performance will join our rapidly expanding Performance team in the Americas region — a group at the forefront of innovation within the mobile in-app advertising ecosystem. In a fast-moving and ever-evolving landscape, this team delivers differentiated, high-impact performance solutions powered by market-leading SKAN capabilities, one of the world's largest in-app mobile exchanges, and uniquely advantaged inventory through global telco and OEM partnerships.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of professional experience, including 3–4+ years within the programmatic, demand-side advertising space — ideally in performance or growth marketing environments
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience working with DSPs and/or MMPs is strongly preferred
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and retention, demonstrated success in driving account expansion and long-term client partnerships is highly valued
- Proficiency with standard business tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting/visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined time management
- Comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones and planning work accordingly
