## About the role

As a Manager, Propulsion you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from new engine concept development, through sustainment of the propulsion module. Oversight of the propulsion development labs, leading the engineering team, and working with internal and external customers including production and the supply chain.

## What they're looking for

- Experience leading an engineering group. Ideally, this includes performance reviews, motivating the team, providing technical guidance, setting goals and establishing daily tasks for a team of Engineers
- Expert knowledge of propulsion and internal combustion engines
- Knowledge of project management techniques including scheduling, management of budgets and technical performance
- Knowledge of risk management techniques as it relates to project/product management
- Knowledge of design standards, concepts and techniques including Design for Manufacture/Assembly, Reliability, and Certification
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, deployment, modification, aging and continued service, and discontinuation. Knowledge and experience in design release and change management
