## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join the Lifecycle & Growth team and help shape some of Instacart’s most important customer experiences. This role is ideal for a highly conceptual, craft-driven designer who is energized by ambiguous problems, 0→1 exploration, and bringing new ideas to life through exceptional visual, interaction, and motion design.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual, interaction, and product craft, including strong 0→1 work
- Deep interaction design skills, with experience in motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear, compelling product experiences
- Proven ability to design complex journeys while balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and craft
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional partners
